Winemaking is in our blood.
Wine making is in our name, and in our blood. We used to get a ton of grapes delivered to our doorstep and make wine in the garage. Things have changed. We've upgraded from making wine in the garage, to using grapes grown on our property. We now do most of the work outside, with The Professor constantly measuring sugar and alcohol levels to ensure the wine ages beautifully. Every year, we swindle friends and family into doing the grunt labor of picking grapes and bottling last year's vintage at our annual harvest, then The Professor and his co-op begin the process to transform grapes into wine. Whether it's science or wizardry we're not quite sure, but the end result is outstanding!
